摘要 目的研究实施甲状腺癌手术治疗的患者在期恢复过程中实施模块化教育模式护理的价值。方法本次研究病例搜集开始时间为2018年10月,研究截止时间为2021年2月,选取此时间段内所在科室收治的实施甲状腺癌手术治疗的患者78例为基本研究对象,在患者对研究目的知情的前提下进行平均分组研究,其中对照组39例实施常规的临床术后护理,研究组39例则辅助给予模块化教育模式,将SAS、SDS评分、QLQ-C30生存质量评分作为评价护理效果的判断标准。结果研究组各项生活质量评价指标评分均低于对比组,差异显著,P<0.05,结论对于甲状腺癌实施手术治疗的患者,在护理过程中运用模块化教育模式可显著提升其生存质量,且消除患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,为术后良好的康复效果提供保障。 Objective To study the value of implementing modular education model care for patients undergoing surgical treatment of thyroid cancer during the recovery process. Methods The start time of case collection for this study is October 2018, and the deadline for the study is February 2021. 78 patients undergoing surgical treatment of thyroid cancer who were admitted to the department during this time period were selected as the basic research objects. The purpose of the study was to conduct an average group study with the knowledge of the situation. Among them, 39 cases in the control group were given routine clinical postoperative care, and 39 cases in the study group were given a modular education model, which included SAS, SDS scores, QLQ-C30 quality of life scores, and nursing care. Satisfaction is used as the criterion for evaluating nursing effect. Results The scores of various quality of life evaluation indicators in the study group were lower than those of the comparison group, with significant differences, P<0.05. There was no significant difference between the SAS and SDS scores of the study group before nursing, and the reduction after nursing was more significant than that of the control group, with statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing surgical treatment for thyroid cancer, the use of modular education in the nursing process can significantly improve their quality of life, And eliminate the patient’s anxiety and depression, and provide a guarantee for a good postoperative rehabilitation effect.
