摘要
脯氨酸羟化酶2(PHD2)是脯氨酸羟化酶家族(PHDs)最重要的氧感受器,通过氧依赖性途径催化降解缺氧诱导因子(HIF),从而影响其转录活性。近年来研究发现PHD2在肿瘤发展、侵袭和转移中发挥着重要作用,因此,深入探究PHD2与肿瘤之间的关系显得尤为重要。文章就PHD2的基本特征、与缺氧诱导因子(HIF)以及肿瘤血管生成的关系,及其在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
Prolyl hydroxylase domain 2(PHD2)is the most important oxygen sensor in the prolyl hydroxylase family(PHDs),catalyzed and degraded hypoxia inducing factor(HIF)through an oxygen dependent pathway,thereby affecting its transcriptional activity.In recent years,studies have shown that PHD2 plays a central role in tumor progression,Invasion and metastasis,therefore,it is particularly important to explore further on the relationship between PHD2 and human tumors.This article reviews the basic characteristics of PHD2,its relationship with hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)and tumor angiogenesis,as well as its research progress in malignant tumors of the digestive system.
