化工企业现场管理的作用

On the Role of On-site Management in Chemical Enterprises

目前,城市化发展进程的加快进一步巩固了化学工业在国民经济总体系中占据的重要地位,化工企业生产方式及产品制造手段正处于持续优化之中,与相配合的企业现场管理制度也应当在原有基础上进行细化及完善。文章分析了化工企业现场管理的基准作用、占据的重要地位以及在企业两个文明建设中的表现、现场管理在提高企业经济效益中的促进作用。

At present,the acceleration of urbanization has further consolidated the important position of chemical industry in the overall national economy,and the means of chemical enterprises’mode of production and product manufacturing are being continuously optimized,the corresponding on-the-spot management system should also be ref ined and improved on the original basis.This paper analyzes the benchmark function,the important position,the performance in the construction of two civilizations and the promotion function of the site management in improving the economic benef it of the chemical enterprises.
