原子吸收测定湿法炼锌净化液中镉量基体干扰的消除

摘要 实验表明用原子吸收标准曲线法测定湿法炼锌净化液中的低含量镉受基体干扰严重,在没有ICP-OES和极谱仪的情况下,选用原子吸收标准加入法来测定净化液中的低含量镉,可有效地避免基体干扰,且用该方法测定湿法炼锌净化液中的镉相对标准偏差小于2%,具有较好的精密度,测定结果与极谱法和ICP-OES基体匹配法相吻合,可用于湿法炼锌净化液中低含量镉的测定。 Experiments show that using atomic absorption standard curve method in the determination of wet zinc smelting purification liquid serious interference of the substrate,low content of cadmium in the absence of ICP-OES and polarograph,with atomic absorption standard addition method to determination of low content in liquid to purify cadmium,which can effectively avoid the matrix interference,and use the method of determination of wet zinc smelting purification liquid cadmium relative standard deviation less than 2%,has good precision,the determination results and anastomosed with the polarographic method and ICP-OES matrix matching method can be used for purifying low concentration of wet zinc smelting with the determination of cadmium.
