摘要
石油高校与石油企业存在人才的供应与需求关系,为解决供需矛盾和提升精准化就业,文章提出以石油高校作为人才输出供给侧的改革方案,形成与新工科专业交叉结合、向智能化研究方向转型、定制个性化培养方案的学科建设优化路径,以及多元化就业能力培训、开放式教育平台建设、定制化就业信息匹配的就业服务提升路径。
There is a relationship between the supply and demand of talents between petroleum universities and petroleum enterprises.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand and improve the precision employment,this paper proposes a reform plan with petroleum universities as the supply side of talents output,forming an optimization path of discipline construction that combines with new engineering majors,transforms to intelligent research,and customizes personalized training scheme,as well as diversif ied employability training,open education platform construction,customized employment information matching employment service promotion path.
