摘要
LNG接收站是接卸、储存、输送LNG的场所,主要耗电设备包括低压泵、高压泵、海水泵、BOG压缩机等机泵及配套的电力、仪表等生产设施。LNG接收站是清洁能源的提供者,但同时也要消耗部分能源,主要是电能和少量的燃料。如何提高设备的效率,降低单位外输量的耗电量是控制运行成本的关键。文章通过对LNG接收站生产设备成本项目进行全面分析,找到了影响接收站能耗的主要因素,提出了相应的优化措施建议,建立了较为完整的经济运营技术体系,主要包括操作优化节能、设备改造节能和管理节能三个方面。
The LNG terminal is a place for unloading,storing and transporting LNG.The main power consumption equipments include low pressure pumps,high pressure pumps,sea water pumps,BOG compressors,etc.LNG terminal is the supplier of clean energy,but it also consumes some energy,mainly electric energy and a small amount of fuel.How to improve the eff iciency of equipment and reduce the power consumption of unit output is the key to control the operation cost.Through a comprehensive analysis of the LNG terminal production equipment cost project,this paper f inds out the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the terminal,puts forward corresponding optimization measures and suggestions,and establishes a relatively complete economic operation technology system,mainly including operation optimization energy saving,equipment transformation energy saving and management energy saving.
