摘要
在分析国内高模数液体硅酸钠生产工艺的基础上,结合现有工艺,以工业废弃物、粉煤灰、煤矸石等为原料,制备高模数液体硅酸钠,解决化工废物的排放,同时解决了硅酸钠生产过程中高污染、高环境风险危害,实现了废弃资源的再利用,减轻废弃物对环境的污染。
Based on the analysis of domestic high modulus liquid sodium silicate production technology,combined with the existing process,the high modulus liquid sodium silicate is prepared from industrial waste,fly ash,coal gangue,etc.,to solve the discharge of chemical waste,and to solve the high pollution and high environmental risk hazards in the production process of sodium silicate,and realize the reuse of waste resources,reduce the pollution of waste to the environment.
