Petrochemical construction project pursues quality first,so we should evaluate the relationship between quality,progress and cost,and effectively put forward the effective management strategy.In this paper,we briefly discuss the engineering objectives of petrochemical construction project,understand the internal meaning of project management and quality management,and mainly discuss the quality management strategy of petrochemical construction projects.
