Quantitative Risk Analysis of Interaction between Urban Renewal Project and Oil and Gas Pipeline Around

城市更新(旧城改造)改造区域周边的油气管线对城市更新项目的安全影响是一个不容忽视的问题。文章依据最新标准,对南方某特大城市—城市更新项目与周边的油气管线相互影响进行分析评估,采用计算软件对油气管线泄漏可能引发的事故后果进行模拟和确定外部安全防护距离,并提出风险可接受程度。

Urban Renewal(urban renewal)is being carried out in full swing all over the country,the influence of oil and gas pipelines around the reconstruction area on the safety of urban renewal project is a problem that cannot be ignored,this article is based on the latest standards,this paper analyzes and evaluates the interaction between an urban renewal project and the oil and gas pipelines around a mega-city in south China,the calculation software is used to simulate the accident consequence that may be caused by oil and gas pipeline leakage and to determine the external safety protection distance,and suggest acceptable levels of risk.
