外源信号物质对马尾松幼苗松针挥发物的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究马尾松幼苗松针挥发物的组分及其在外源信号物质作用下的变化规律,为松针挥发性物质在抗病虫害中的应用提供理论依据,对抗病虫害马尾松的选育工作具有参考意义。【方法】使用不同浓度的6种信号物质对马尾松幼苗进行喷施,摘取处理后的马尾松针叶,通过固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析不同处理下松针挥发物的组成及变化情况。【结果】通过固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱总共分析和鉴定出22种挥发物组分,其中单萜6种,倍半萜12种,醇类2种和酯类2种。浓度较高的赤霉素(GA)和水杨酸(SA)处理后,单萜和α-蒎烯相对含量有所上升。不同浓度乙烯(ET)处理后,单萜和α-蒎烯相对含量均降低,但它们的变化程度不大。过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))在较低的处理浓度下,单萜和α-蒎烯相对含量降低明显。茉莉酸(JA)和脱落酸(ABA)处理后,单萜和α-蒎烯相对含量显著降低。不同外源信号物质处理后,可以改变松针中单萜和α-蒎烯的相对含量,但是α-蒎烯和单萜的相对含量的关系不变。【结论】外源信号物质处理可以引起松针中各挥发物组分的变化,挥发物组分变化与外源信号物质的种类及浓度有关。可以通过外源信号物质的作用,调节松针挥发物组成以达到抗病虫害的目的,进而减缓长期药物喷施带来的环境污染。 【Objective】The volatile components of pine needle and their changes under the action of exogenous signal substances were studied,which aims to provide theoretical basis for the application of volatile substances in disease and insect resistance,and which has reference significance for the breeding of Pinus massoniana.【Method】Using six kinds of signal substances with different concentrations spraying the Pinus massoniana seedlings,the treated pine needles were harvested,the volatile components and their changes of pine needles were analyzed by solid phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrum.【Result】Twentytwo kinds of volatiles were identified by Solid Phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrum,including six kinds of monoterpenes,twelve kinds of sesquiterpenes,two kinds of alcohols and two kinds of esters.The relative contents of monoterpenes andα-pinene were increased after gibberellin(GA)and salicylic acid(SA)treatment with high concentrations.The relative contents of monoterpenes andα-pinene decreased after ethylene(ET)treatment with different concentrations,but their changes were not significant.The relative contents of monoterpenes andα-pinene decreased obviously at the lower hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))treatment concentration.After jasmonic acid(JA)and abscisic acid(ABA)treatment,the relative contents of monoterpenes andα-pinene decreased significantly.The relative contents of monoterpene andα-pinene can be changed by using different exogenous signaling substances treatment,but the relationship between the relative content ofα-pinene and monoterpene remains unchanged basically.【Conclusion】The treatment of exogenous signal substance can cause the change of volatile components in pine needles,and the change of volatile components is related to the type and concentration of exogenous signal substance.The volatile components of pine needles can be regulated by exogenous signal substances to achieve the purpose of disease resistance and insect pests,and then slow down the environmental pollution caused by long-term drug spraying.
