基于DPSIR模型的绿色农业发展水平评价及优化研究--以河北省为例 被引量:6

摘要 绿色农业发展模式能够有效促进现代农业的发展和乡村振兴的实现。基于DPSIR模型构建河北省绿色农业发展水平评价指标体系,以河北省2007—2017年相关数据为基础,运用熵权法和综合指数评价法对河北省绿色农业发展水平进行了评价和分析。研究结果表明,河北省绿色农业发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但2011—2015年出现了短暂波动。其中,驱动力、状态、影响3个指标的综合指数呈现平稳上升趋势;压力和响应指标波动较大,且压力指标综合指数呈先减后增的特征。为加快河北省绿色农业发展速度,一方面应从工业和农业生产入手抑制污染物排放,另一方面政府应加大对绿色农业的支持力度,并建立和优化绿色农业发展的制度保障体系,为京津冀协同发展、雄安新区建设奠定基础。 Green agriculture development mode is an effective way for sustainable development of agriculture,which can effectively promote rural revitalization.Based on the DPSIR model,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the development level of green agriculture in Hebei Province.Entropy weight method and comprehensive index evaluation method were used to evaluate and analyze the development level of green agriculture based on the relevant index values of 2007—2017 in Hebei Province.The results show that the overall development level of green agriculture in Hebei Province is on the rise,but from 2011 to 2015,the level of development fluctuated briefly.The comprehensive index of driving force,state and influence shows a steady upward trend;the comprehensive index of pressure and response fluctuates greatly,and the comprehensive index of pressure indicators shows a change pattern of decreasing first and then increasing.In order to speed up the development of green agriculture in Hebei Province,on the one hand,pollutant emissions should be curbed starting from industrial and agricultural production.On the other hand,the government should increase support for green agriculture and establish and optimize the guarantee system of green agriculture development,so as to lay a foundation for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the construction of Xiong'an New Area.
