基于耦合协调模型的体育-旅游-文化产业融合发展研究--以河北省张家口市为例

Research on Integration Development of Sports-tourism-culture Industry Based on Coupling Coordination Model--Taking Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province as an Example

以文化为灵魂、体育为支撑、旅游为载体的文体旅融合发展模式已成为打造经济发展新动能的必然趋势。基于耦合协调度模型,综合考虑河北省张家口市体育、旅游、文化丰富性与区域性特点,从产业规模、产业效益、企业机构和从业人员4个维度,选取28个二级指标,利用张家口2013—2019年相关数据,对张家口市体育-旅游-文化耦合协调发展进行实证分析。同时建立协调度影响因素模型,深入解析体育-旅游-文化产业耦合协调度的影响因素。研究结果表明:体育-旅游-文化产业的耦合协调状况逐年均呈现出稳步发展态势,其中旅游产业发展速度一直处于领先地位;体育-旅游-文化产业仍处在失调水平,融合发展也刚步入起步阶段,需进一步加快三大产业间融合发展力度,加快融合发展步伐;按目前三大产业的耦合发展速度,预计在2026年三大产业的耦合发展将进入成熟阶段。通过耦合协调度影响因素模型研究发现:要做到体育-旅游-文化产业深度融合发展,需重点做好张家口市境内公路里程、人均GDP和第三产业增加值的进一步提升,以打造出“新消费、新模式、新业态”的消费新生态体系,培育张家口市经济增长新动能,实现疫情常态化及后奥运时代经济的持续健康发展。

The integrated development model of culture,sports and tourism industries,with culture as the soul,sports as the support and tourism as the carrier,has become an inevitable trend to create new driving force for economic development.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,considering the richness and regional characteristics of sports,tourism and culture in zhangjiakou,28 secondary indicators were selected from the four dimensions of industry scale,industry benefits,enterprise organization and personnel,and the relevant data of Zhangjiakou from 2013 to 2019 were used to make an empirical analysis on the sports-tourism-culture coupling coordinated development.At the same time,the influencing factors model of coordination degree was established to deeply analyze the influencing factors of the coordination degree of the coupling of sports,culture and tourism industry.The results show that:The coupling and coordination of sports,tourism and culture show a steady development trend year by year,and the development speed of tourism industry has always been in the leading position;The sports-tourism-culture industry is still at the imbalance level,and the integrated development has just stepped into the initial stage.It is necessary to further accelerate the integrated development among the three industries and accelerate the pace of integrated development.According to the current speed of the coupling development of the three industries,it is expected that the coupling development of the three industries will enter the mature stage in 2026.The research on the influencing factors model coupling coordination degree finds that in order to achieve the deep integrated development of sports-travel-culture industry,it is obliged to focus on the further improvement of domestic highway mileage,per capita GDP and added value of the tertiary industry in Zhangjiakou,so as to create a new consumption ecosystem of"new consumption,new model and new business form",cultivate new kinetic energy of economic growth in Zhangjiakou,and realize the normalization of the epidemic and the sustained and healthy development of economy in the post-Olympic era.
