摘要
借助知识图谱技术,锅炉性能计算知识可被用于发掘锅炉设计数据和运行数据的价值,提升锅炉设计水平。参照原苏联1973年热力计算标准,建立对流受热面的换热模型和最简换热方程组,并以此为基础演绎热力计算过程,总结热力计算特点。研究表明:所求解非线性方程组规模巨大;方程组构成随受热面特性、燃料性质和用户输入偏好动态变化;方程组中参数按来源分为传入参数、给定参数、中间参数和传出参数,其中给定参数与中间参数可相互转换;建立在消元基础上的迭代方法被用于求解对流换热方程组。研究结果为锅炉性能计算知识和知识图谱技术的结合提供了基础。
By the knowledge map technology,the knowledge in boiler performance calculation can be used to explore the value of boiler design and operation data,and improve boiler design.In this paper,the heat transfer model and the simplest heat transfer equations for the convective heating surface are established with reference to the 1973 version standard.Based on this,the thermal calculation process is deduced and the characteristics of the thermodynamic calculations are concluded.The research shows that the nonlinear equations are large in scale;the equations are dynamically changed with the characteristics of the heating surface,fuel properties and user input preferences;the parameters in the equations are divided into incoming ones,given ones,intermediate ones and outgoing ones,wherein the given parameters and the intermediate parameters are mutually convertible;the iteration based on element elimination is used to solve convective heat transfer equations.These results provide a basis to combine the knowledge of boiler performance calculation with the knowledge map technology.
