摘要
电厂为降低发电成本,经常燃用偏离设计煤种的燃料。由于入炉煤质发生较大变化,燃烧调整措施不及时,使得对流受热面严重积灰,形成烟气走廊,导致中隔墙过热器疲劳断裂爆管及前包墙过热器长时间过热爆管。爆管泄漏蒸汽又吹损相邻管排,迫使停炉冷却更换受损管排,严重影响了电厂设备的安全稳定运行。通过对流受热面高温积灰导致锅炉爆管的案例的介绍,进一步进行详细分析,并提出防范措施。
In order to reduce the cost of power generation,power plants often burn fuels that deviate from the designed coal type.Due to the great change of coal quality,the combustion adjustment measures are not timely,so that the convective heating surface is seriously accumulated ash,forming a flue gas corridor.Lead to the middle partition superheater fatigue rupture tube burst and the front cladding superheater long time overheating tube burst.The steam leakage from the burst pipe blew the adjacent pipe rows.Forcing the boiler shutdown to cool and replace the damaged pipe row which seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the equipment in the power plant.This paper introduces the case of boiler tube burst caused by high temperature ash accumulation on convective heating surface,and makes a detailed analysis and puts forward preventive measures.
