摘要
表观遗传学在人类生命过程中扮演着举足轻重的角色。环境的变化会引起女性体内RNA修饰发生改变,进而影响机体病理状态的发生及发展。N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)已被多项研究证实是高等真核生物中RNA甲基化最常见的表观遗传现象;同时,它也动态可逆地调控着各种生命过程。该文主要介绍了m6A甲基化的相关调控蛋白、生物学功能及其与女性生殖系统疾病之间的关联,并对该研究领域目前机遇与挑战并存的状态进行探讨和展望。
Objective Epigenetics plays an important role in the process of human life.Changes in the environment can cause changes in female RNA modification,and then affect the occurrence and development of body′s pathological state.N6-methyladenine(m6A)has been confirmed by several studies to be the most common epigenetic phenomenon of RNA methylation in higher eukaryotes,and it also dynamically and reversibly regulates various life processes.This review mainly introduces the related regulatory proteins,biological functions of m6A methylation and their association with female reproductive system diseases,and discusses and prospects the current coexistence of opportunities and challenges in this research field.
