基于知识图谱的国内外企业资源拼凑研究比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Enterprise Resource Bricolage Research at Home and Abroad Based on Knowledge Map

运用文献计量方法,对来源于1972~2020年科学网(Web of Science)和中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)的国内外企业资源拼凑研究进行了知识图谱分析。采用CiteSpace可视化软件从关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词变迁、共被引文献聚类方面分析了国内外此领域研究的热点及变化趋势,并从研究主题、研究内容、研究方法3个方面对比了国内外研究的差异,以便为国内的企业资源拼凑研究提供方向指引。研究表明,国外文献研究主题呈现出从组织层面到制度、个体层面的发展趋势,而国内文献研究主题却呈现出从个体层面到组织、制度层面的发展趋势。国内外研究文献都共同关注资源拼凑的影响因素、影响结果和情景因素,较少探讨资源拼凑的作用机制。国外文献在资源拼凑的概念、内涵与测量方面的关注明显多于国内文献。在研究方法方面,国外研究主要以理论分析、扎根方法、案例研究等方法为主,并逐渐拓展到实证研究。国内研究以实证研究、文献研究方法为主,并逐渐拓展到案例研究。

An analysis of the resource patching research of domestic and foreign enterprises was conducted based on knowledge map by using the literature of Web of Science and SSCI from 1972 to 2019 and the bibliometrics method. By using the visualization software of CiteSpace, the hotspots and trends of research in this field at home and abroad were analyzed in the aspects of keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword change, and co-cited document clustering, and the research differences at home and abroad were compared from the three aspects of research theme, research content, and research method, so as to provide direction guidance for China’s future research on patchwork of enterprise resources. The research shows that the subject of foreign literature research shows a development trend from the organizational level to the institutional and individual levels, while the subject of domestic literature research shows a development trend from the individual level to the organizational and institutional levels. Research literature at home and abroad pays close attention to the influencing factors, influencing results, and situational factors of resource patching, and rarely discuss the mechanism of resource patching. However, foreign literature pays more attention to the concept,connotation and measurement of resource patchwork than domestic literature. In terms of research methods, foreign research is mainly based on theoretical analysis, rooted methods, case studies and other methods, and gradually expands to empirical research. Domestic research is mainly based on empirical research and literature research methods, and gradually expands to case studies.
