摘要 阳泉矿区是煤矿瓦斯灾害较为严重的矿区之一,消突成为煤矿安全生产的重要保障。针对阳泉矿区煤岩松软、煤体破碎、渗透性低的特点和煤层瓦斯的抽采规律,在采用大液量水力压裂的基础上,通过精细化排采管理模式,实现了对"试采磨合-排水降压-解吸提产-稳定产气"4个阶段的科学管控,降低了储层伤害,充分释放了气井产能。结合各个阶段的生产特征和风险点,提炼总结出各阶段不同产出状态的排采原则和控制要点。 Yangquan mining area is one of the mine areas with serious gas disaster. Outburst elimination has become an important guarantee for coal mine safety production. In view of the characteristics of soft coal, broken coal and low permeability in Yangquan mining area and the law of coal seam gas drainage, based on the use of large hydraulic fracturing, through the fine drainage management mode, the scientific management and control of four stages of "trial production running in drainage-depressurization-desorption production-stable gas production" is realized, which reduces the reservoir damage and fully releases the gas well productivity. Combined with the production characteristics and risk points of each stage, the drainage principles and control points of different output states in each stage are summarized.
