摘要
针对梁北煤矿21011大采高工作面机巷沿空留巷极软煤层、顶板含有硬厚岩层等复杂条件的特点,通过理论分析的方法研究了切顶卸压沿空留巷机理,采用D型聚能管实现超前预裂爆破方式来进行切顶卸压,减小沿空留巷的悬顶长度,降低了留巷的压力,同时利用柔模混凝土技术进行巷旁支护,并对留巷的加强支护参数进行了设计。矿压监测表明,滞后工作面90 m以后巷道变形基本稳定,顶底板变形量约为240 mm。
Aiming at the characteristics of complicated conditions such as extremely soft coal seams along the gob-side roadway of the 21011 large mining height working face in Liangbei coal mine, the roof contains hard and thick rock layers, etc., through theoretical analysis, the mechanism of roof cutting and pressure relief to stay along the goaf is studied. The D-type energy tube is used to realize the advanced pre-splitting blasting method to cut the roof and reduce the pressure, reduce the suspended roof length of the roadway remaining along the goaf, and reduce the roadway retention.pressure, at the same time, flexible concrete technology is used for roadside support, and the reinforced support parameters of the roadway are designed. The mine pressure monitoring shows that the roadway deformation is basically stable after the lagging face 90 m, and the roof and floor deformation is about 240 mm.
