摘要
为了解决邻近工作面回采、孤岛工作面、动压送巷道等矿山压力大导致巷道顶板出现下沉冒落、片帮严重、顶底板移近量增加、两帮收缩量加大等巷道变形严重的问题。通过介绍斜沟煤矿8#煤18104大采高综采工作面两巷采用传统深孔爆破切顶卸压技术与新工艺水力压裂切顶卸压技术的应用对比,结果表明水力压裂切顶卸压技术能够有效解决工作面压力大的问题,而且还能解决矿井采掘衔接紧张局面,使产能得到充分释放,提高了回采效率,为解决类似工作面压力大影响生产等问题提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of serious roadway deformation caused by large mine pressure in adjacent working face, isolated working face and dynamic pressure conveying roadway, such as roof subsidence and caving, serious rib spalling, increase of roof and floor convergence, and increase of two side shrinkage. Introduces the application comparison of traditional deep hole blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology and new technology hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief technology in two roadways of 18104 large mining height fully mechanized working face in the No.8 coal seam of Xiegou coal mine. The results show that hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief technology can effectively solve the problem of high pressure in working face, and also solve the tense situation of mining and excavation connection, so as to fully release the production capacity, it improves the mining efficiency and provides a reference for solving the similar problems such as high pressure of working face affecting production.
