摘要
以东沟煤矿1301工作面运输平巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对近距离煤层采空区煤柱下高应力区域巷道围岩塑性破坏范围及应力分布进行了研究,基于研究结果对采空区煤柱下高应力区域顺层钻孔施工和封孔工艺进行优化,形成中空锚杆注浆加固塑性破坏区煤体、孔内囊袋式定点封孔两堵一注、孔口聚氨酯封堵补注的"三堵三注"工艺,有效解决了高应力区域煤体封堵不严造成抽采效果下降的问题。
Taking the transportation roadway of 1301 mining face in Donggou coal mine as the engineering background, FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation is used to study the plastic failure range of surrounding rock of roadway under goaf pillar in close distance coal seam. Based on the research results, the drilling construction and sealing technology in the high stress area under the goaf pillar are optimized, the "three sealing and three grouting" process is formed for grouting and strengthening the coal body in the plastic failure area, two fixed-point hole sealing holes with bag type in the hole and one injection by polyurethane plugging at the orifice, it effectively solves the problem that the drainage effect decreases due to the lax sealing of coal body in high stress area.
