摘要 为了解决掘进工作面粉尘浓度大的问题,搭建了小型高压气幕优化测试系统并设计了楔形射流腔。首先研究不同截面直径的圆柱射流腔和楔形射流腔对高压气幕均匀性的影响,对于圆柱射流腔,气幕均匀性较差;对于楔形射流腔,当截面直径为φ80 mm时,气幕性能最好。选用截面直径为φ80 mm的楔形射流腔研究不同气幕参数对气幕性能的影响,当气源流量、气源压力和出口宽度分别为0.8 m^(3)/h、0.6 MPa和9 mm时,气幕性能最优。 In order to effectively solve the problem of high dust concentration in the heading face, an optimization test system of small high-pressure air curtain was built and the wedge-shaped jet cavity was designed. The influence of cylindrical jet cavity and wedge-shaped jet cavity on the uniformity of high-pressure air curtains was studied. The outlet wind speed of all cylindrical jet cavities continues to increase with the distance between the measuring point and the air inlet increasing. The uniformity of air curtain is poor. For the wedge-shaped jet cavity, when the cross-sectional diameter is φ80 mm, the uniformity and performance are the best. Then the wedge-shaped jet cavity with the cross-sectional diameter of φ80 mm is selected to study the influence of different air curtain parameter values on the performance of the air curtain. When the flow rate of air source, pressure of air source and outlet width are 0.8 m^(3)/h, 0.6 MPa and 9 mm, the performance of air curtain is optimal.
