摘要
理论计算了采空区顶板三带高度,根据设计,采用ZYL-6000D定向钻机施工了顶板高位定向长钻孔,最大孔深564 m。经过现场试验和数据分析,得出了高位定向钻孔布置的最佳层位及水平方向距回风巷的最佳距离。对比分析了高位定向钻孔与普通高位倾向钻孔的抽采效果和打钻功效,定向钻孔的施工进尺减少了70%,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了1.52倍,结果表明,高位定向钻孔具有打钻进尺少、配套工程少、抽采效果好等优点。
Theoretical calculation of three zone height of roof in goaf, according to the design, ZYL-6000D directional drilling rig was used in the construction roof high-direction long-distance drilling,the maximum hole depth reached 564 m. With field test and data analysis, the optimal horizon of high level directional drilling arrangement and the optimal distance from horizontal direction to return airway were obtained. The drainage effect and drilling effect of high-position directional drilling and ordinary high-position inclined drilling were compared and analyzed, construction footage of directional drilling reduced by 70 percent, gas extraction purity increased by 1.52 times, the results showed that the highlevel directional drilling had the advantages of less drilling footage, less supporting projects, and good drainage effect.
