摘要
针对自动钻机钻杆箱容量较小的缺点,开发了履带式钻杆补充系统。借鉴钻杆重力滚动原理,设计了多层斜面式补充箱,通过提升油缸实现换层;采用具有3个平移自由度的对齐机构实现补充箱与钻杆箱快速对齐;通过载荷计算确定了对齐驱动油缸的关键尺寸。现场应用表明,该系统增加了自动钻机的单次装填钻杆进尺,提高了施工效率,减轻了劳动强度。
Against the disadvantage of the small capacity of the drill pipe box on the automatic drilling rig, the caterpillar drill pipe supplementary system is developed. Using the principle of rolling pipes by the gravity, the multilayer fastigiated supplementary box is designed, in which rising cylinders are used to change layers. The supplementary box is aligned to the pipe box of the rig by the aligning mechanism which has three translational DOF. The key dimensions of the aligning driving cylinders are figured out by calculating the loads. It is proved by the field application that the supplementary system can increase the drilling meters of the automatic drilling rig with one-time pipe load. So the drilling efficiency is enhanced and the working intensity reduced.
