摘要 液力耦合器是刮板输送机传动系统软启动的主流设备,针对目前液力耦合器在刮板输送机传动过程中存在的问题,首先根据液力耦合器的启动及运行工况,选择合适的传感器和配套控制系统,然后设计符合液力耦合器软启动及工况的控制器人机界面,最后进行人机界面模拟运行,有助于提高煤矿刮板输送机复杂工况的适用性。 The hydraulic coupling is the mainstream equipment for soft start of the drive system of the scraper conveyor. At present, there are problems with the hydraulic coupling in the transmission of the scraper conveyor. Firstly, select the appropriate sensor and supporting control system according to the startup and operating conditions of the fluid coupling. Then, the man-machine interface of the controller conforming to the soft start and working conditions of the fluid coupling is designed. Finally,the man-machine interface simulation operation is realized. This design improves the applicability of coal mine scraper conveyors in complex working conditions.
