摘要
使用FTA分析方法,以某型防爆柴油机排气系统故障为顶事件,通过定性和定量分析确定故障的主要原因和概率。整理出防爆柴油机冷却系统的薄弱环节,为设计改进、使用和维修提供依据,最大程度降低故障概率,提高系统可靠性。
By using the FTA analysis method, the main cause and probability of the fault are determined by qualitative and quantitative analysis with the fault of a certain flameproof diesel engine exhaust system as the top event. The weak links of the cooling system of flameproof diesel engineare sorted out to provide the basis for design improvement, use and maintenance, to minimize the probability of failure and to improve the reliability of the system.
