摘要 采用有限元数值模拟的方法对高强度N型搭接钢管节点的力学性能进行研究.分析了Q460材质的高强度N型搭接钢管节点的破坏模式,考虑了几何参数(支管与主管直径比、支管与主管壁厚比、主管径厚比、节点搭接率)和荷载参数(主管轴力)对节点极限承载力的影响.将有限元计算结果与《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017-2017)中的公式计算结果进行对比,提出节点承载力修正系数的建议公式,并探讨了该公式的合理性.分析结果表明:几何参数和荷载参数对节点极限承载力有不同程度的影响,节点承载力修正系数的建议公式适用于修正标准公式. The mechanical property on high strength overlapped tubular N-joints are studied by using finite-element numerical modeling method.The failure modes of Q460 high strength overlapped tubular N-joints are analyzed,and the influence of geometric parameter(diameter ratio of branch pipe to main pipe,wall thickness ratio of branch pipe to main pipe,diameter ratio of wall thickness of main pipe,joint overlap ratio)and load parameter(axial force of main pipe)on the ultimate bearing capacity of joints are considered.Comparing the finite element calculation results with the formula calculation in the Standard for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017-2017),the bearing capacity correction coefficient formula is proposed,and the rationality of the formula is discussed.The results indicate that geometric parameters and load parameters have different effects on the ultimate bearing capacity of joints,and the bearing capacity correction coefficient formula can be applied to revise standard formula.
