急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿父母HPLP-Ⅱ评分现况及影响因素

Current Status and Influencing Factors of HPLP-ⅡScores in Parents of Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的分析急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿父母健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分现况及影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月信阳市中心医院收治的193例ALL患儿父母作为研究对象,通过问卷调查与量表评估方式分析HPLP-Ⅱ评分现况与影响因素。结果HPLP-Ⅱ分值为(172.68±10.26)分。父母年龄、受教育程度、费用支付方式、月收入、就业状况、子女数、有无其他人照护患儿、有无参加社会募捐以及患儿治疗时长、临床分型等的ALL患儿父母HPLP-Ⅱ评分状况不同(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,父母月收入、受教育程度、费用支付方式、就业状况、子女数、有无其他人照护患儿、有无参加社会募捐以及患儿治疗时长、临床分型等均属于影响ALL患儿父母HPLP-Ⅱ评分现状的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ALL患儿父母健康行为水平处于中等水平,受月收入、受教育程度、费用支付方式、就业状况、子女数、有无其他人照护患儿、有无参加社会募捐以及患儿治疗时长、临床分型等影响,可针对性制定干预措施。

Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of the parental health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-II)scores of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods A total of 193 parents of ALL children admitted in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the survey subjects.Current status of HPLP-Ⅱscores and influencing factors were analyzed through questionnaire survey and scale evaluation.Results The HPLP-Ⅱscore was(172.68±10.26)scores.The HPLP-Ⅱscore of parents of ALL children was different among parents’age,education level,payment method,monthly income,employment status,number of children,whether others took care of the children,whether participating in social fundraising,the length of treatment,clinical classification and so on(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis pointed out that the parents’monthly income,education level,payment method,employment status,number of children,presence or absence other people caring for the child,participation in social fundraising,the length of treatment of the child and clinical classification were all independent factors that affected the current status of the HPLP-Ⅱscore of the parents of ALL children(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of parental health behaviors of children with ALL is at a medium level.It is affected by monthly income,education level,payment method,employment status,number of children,whether other people are taking care of the child,whether to participate in social fundraising,and the length of treatment of the child,clinical types and other impacts,targeted intervention measures can be formulated.
