基于智慧校园平台的教学工作诊断与工作改进机制

摘要 本文以病理学课程教学改进工作为例,基于智慧校园平台,建立相应的教学诊断及工作改进机制。通过构建关于病理学课程教学的网络学习平台,构建针对医学人才培养的教学诊断方式与改进方式,依次进行问题诊断,分析教师与学生信息技术的使用情况、教师实际上课情况,全方面掌握病理学教学模式的开展情况。确定改进点及优先级,查找原因定位问题,研讨改进措施,制定系统的教学改进策略,提升教学改进措施的综合性,对教学改进情况建立动态监测机制,实时追踪各个诊断点,运用项目管理工具促进教学诊断与改进工作,提升课程教学效果。 This article takes the teaching improvement of pathology course as an example,based on the smart campus platform,establishes the corresponding teaching diagnosis and work improvement mechanism.By constructing an online learning platform for pathology course teaching,constructing the teaching diagnosis and improvement methods for the cultivation of medical talents,proceeding with problem diagnosis in turn,analyzing the use of information technology between teachers and students,the actual situation of teachers in class,and mastering pathology in all aspects.Determine the improvement points and priorities,find out the causes and locate problems,discuss improvement measures,formulate systematic teaching improvement strategies,enhance the comprehensiveness of teaching improvement measures,establish a dynamic monitoring mechanism for teaching improvement,track each diagnosis point in real time,and use project management tools to promote teaching diagnosis and improvement work,and improve the teaching effect of the course.
