有氧运动干预对肝硬化肌少症患者运动功能的影响

Effect of Aerobic Exercise Intervention on Motor Function of Patients with Cirrhosis and Sarcopenia

目的探讨有氧运动干预对肝硬化肌少症患者运动功能的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的94例肝硬化肌少症患者作为研究对象,依据建档顺序分为研究组(47例)和对照组(47例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受有氧运动护理模式干预。比较两组运动相关功能[握力、步速、平衡功能、四肢骨骼肌指数(ASMI)]、心理状态、应对方式、生活质量、自理生活护理、治疗依从性。结果研究组治疗总依从率[97.87%(46/47)]高于对照组[76.60%(36/47)](P<0.05);干预后研究组握力、步速、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、面对应对方式、ASMI、日常生活能力量表(ADL)及生活质量评分均高于对照组,回避及屈服应对方式、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化肌少症患者实施有氧运动干预,可有效改善患者运动功能及应对疾病方式,促进患者心理健康,提高患者生活自理能力、生活质量及治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise intervention on the motor function of patients with cirrhosis and sarcopenia.Methods A total of 94 patients with cirrhosis and sarcopenia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(47 cases)and control group(47 cases)according to the order of filing.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received aerobic exercise nursing mode intervention.The exercise-related functions[grip strength,pace,balance function,appendicular skeletal muscle index(ASMI)],mental state,coping style,quality of life,self-care life care,and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the study group[97.87%(46/47)]was higher than that of the control group[76.60%(36/47)](P<0.05).After the intervention,the study group’s grip strength,pace,Berg balance scale(BBS),face coping style,ASMI and activities of daily living(ADL)scores and quality of life were higher than those of the control group,while the avoidance and yielding coping styles,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of aerobic exercise intervention for patients with cirrhosis of sarcopenia can effectively improve the patient’s exercise function and coping with the disease,promote the patient’s mental health,and improve the patient’s self-care ability,quality of life and treatment compliance.
