摘要
目的探讨将健康饮食管理联合呼吸功能锻炼应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年6月汝州市人民医院收治的74例COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象,依据建档时间分为两组,各37例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上接受健康饮食管理联合呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组干预前后生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)及体质量增加、臀围增加、转铁蛋白增加值。结果干预3个月后研究组GQOL-74评分高于对照组,6MWD长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组体质量增加、臀围增加、转铁蛋白增加值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将健康饮食管理联合呼吸功能锻炼应用于COPD稳定期患者,能改善患者运动耐力、营养状况,加快康复进程,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of healthy diet management combined with breathing exercises on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 74 patients with stable COPD in Ruzhou People’s Hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the time of file establishment,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received healthy diet management combined with respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group.The generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)score,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),increase in body mass,increase in hip circumference and increase in transferrin were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the GQOL-74 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the 6MWD was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The increase in body mass,hip circumference and transferrin of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of healthy diet management combined with breathing exercises in the stable period of COPD can improve the patient’s exercise endurance and nutritional status,thereby improving the quality of life and promoting the recovery of the patient.
