行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导对老年脑梗死恢复期患者的应用效果

Effect of Behavioral Stage-Talking Style Corresponding Psychological Guidance on Elderly Patients with Convalescent Cerebral Infarction

目的探究行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导对老年脑梗死(CI)恢复期患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的70例CI恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分成A组(35例)和B组(35例)。B组接受常规护理干预,A组于B组基础上接受行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导护理干预。比较两组干预前、干预6个月健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)、慢性病管理自我效能量表(SECD-6)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果干预前,两组HPLP-Ⅱ、SECD-6评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月,A组HPLP-Ⅱ、SECD-6评分高于B组(P<0.05);干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月,A组SAS、SDS评分低于B组(P<0.05)。结论将行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导护理模式应用于老年CI恢复期患者可有效增强其自我效能感,调节心理状态,促进其保持良好健康行为。

Objective To explore the effect of behavioral stage-talking style corresponding psychological guidance on elderly patients with convalescent cerebral infarction(CI).Methods A total of 70 patients with CI recovery in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A(35 cases)and group B(35 cases)according to the random number table method.Group B received routine nursing intervention,and group A received behavioral stage-talking style corresponding psychological guidance nursing intervention based on the the group B.The scores of health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ),self efficacy for managing chronic disease 6-item scale(SECD-6),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before the intervention and 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of HPLP-Ⅱand SECD-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of HPLP-Ⅱand SECD-6 in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of SAS and SDS(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the behavioral stage-talking corresponding psychological guidance nursing model to elderly patients with convalescent CI can effectively enhance their sense of self-efficacy,adjust their mental state,and promote their maintaining good healthy behaviors.
