摘要
目的通过面向社会招收住院医师规范化培训质量调查分析,为培训基地提升培训质量提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,针对2019年、2020年结业的面向社会招收的住院医师进行调查。问卷共发放185份,有效回收175份,有效回收率94.59%。结果面向社会招收住院医师首次执医和结业考核通过率分别为90.59%和93.71%。有98.29%住院医师继续从事医疗行业,专业与培训专业完全一致者占比75.00%,工作单位性质和级别以公立医院(75.58%)和三甲医院(58.14%)为主。分别有87.21%和76.16%住院医师认为在就业时和工作后有竞争优势。结论某军队医院面向社会招收的住院医师整体培训质量较好,但还需进一步提高,在临床教学、基地管理、考核建设等方面仍需加强。
Objective To provide reference for the training base to improve the training quality by investigating and analyzing the quality of standardized training for residents recruited publicly. Methods A questionnaire was designed by the methods of literature review and expert consultation, and a survey was conducted among the publicly recruited residents who completed the training program in 2019 and 2020. A total of 185 questionnaires were distributed and 175 effectively collected, with a valid recovery rate of 94.59%. Results The passing rates of the first-time medical licensing examination and the program completion examination for the residents were 90.59% and 93.71% respectively. 98.29% of the residents continued to work in the medical industry, among whom 75.00% specialized in a discipline consistent with their training discipline. The nature and level of the working units were dominated by public hospitals(75.58%) and tertiary hospitals(58.14%). 87.21% and 76.16% of residents thought they possessed competitive advantages in employment and after work. Conclusion The overall training quality of residents recruited publicly by a military hospital is satisfying but still needs to be further improved, with special focus on clinical teaching, base management and assessment construction.
