儿童常规消化内镜治疗全过程综合护理干预

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Whole Process of Children’s Routine Gastroscopy Treatment

目的探究全过程综合护理干预措施对儿童常规胃镜治疗效果及依从性的实际影响;方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月接受胃镜治疗的110例周岁儿童,依据入院先后分为2组,各55例。对照组取常规护理,观察组于前者基础上结合全过程综合护理干预,观察两组治疗前后治疗依从性、不良反应发生情况、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从性、不良反应发生情况、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全过程的综合护理干预措施在儿童常规胃镜治疗中可有效改善患儿负性心理状态,并提升其治疗依从性,临床价值高。

Objective To explore the actual influence of the whole process of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the effect and compliance of children’s routine gastroscopy treatment. Methods A total of 110 one-year-old children admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission sequence, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the former. The treatment compliance, incidence of adverse reactions, incidence of nurse patient disputes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the incidences of adverse reactions and nurse patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The whole process of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with routine gastroscopy treatment can effectively improve children’s psychological state and their treatment compliance, which proves high clinical value.
