Main members of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and their functions in insects

综述了Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的主要组成成员,包括Wnt蛋白配体、Fzd(Frizzled)受体、LRP5/6(Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5/6)辅助受体、β-catenin、Axin、APC(Adenomatous polyposis coli)、GSK-3(Glycogen synthase kinase 3)、CK1(Casein kinase 1)、Dvl(Dishevelled)和TCF/LEF(T Cell Factor/Lymphoid Enhancer Factor)。同时概述了这些主要成员在昆虫上的研究概况以及在Wnt/β-catenin信号通路中的作用机制,并对该信号通路未来的研究进行了展望。

This article reviews the main components of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,including Wnt protein ligand,Fzd(Frizzled)receptor,LRP5/6(low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5/6)co-receptor,β-catenin,Axin,APC(Adenomatous polyposis coli),GSK-3(Glycogen synthase kinase 3),CK1(Casein kinase 1),Dvl(Dishevelled)and TCF/LEF(T Cell Factor/Lymphoid Enhancer Factor).At the same time,the research progress of these main members in insects and the mechanism of action in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway are summarized,and the future research of the signaling pathway is prospected.
