摘要
鲜食葡萄采后在贮藏过程中,易发生穗梗褐变现象,严重影响葡萄的外观品质和经济价值。本文探索了国内外葡萄穗梗褐变的研究概况、主要影响因素和抑制方法,以期为葡萄采后保鲜提供理论依据。
Rachis browning phenomenon is prone to happened during postharvest storage in table grape,which seriously affect the appearance quality and economic value of grapes.The research progress,main influencing factors and control methods of grape in rachis browning at home and abroad were summarized in this study in order to provide a theoretical foundation for grape postharvest preservation.
