摘要
为探索白肋烟与烤烟嫁接对白肋烟碳氮代谢的影响及有效降低硝酸盐含量的调控机制,以白肋烟品种鄂烟1号和烤烟品种K 326为材料,设置烤烟与烤烟嫁接(F/F)、白肋烟与白肋烟嫁接(B/B)、白肋烟与烤烟嫁接(B/F)3个处理,研究嫁接技术对烟叶生物量、色素、光合作用、氮代谢关键酶活性及碳氮化合物的影响。结果表明,与B/B处理相比,B/F处理烟叶生物量和碳氮代谢能力明显提高,烟叶硝酸盐积累量降低,其中烟叶干物质积累量、色素总含量、净光合速率、GS酶活性和氮素积累量分别升高了15.57%,15.45%,21.89%,14.58%和13.24%,而硝态氮含量降低了15.28%。
In order to explore effect of burley and flue-cured tobacco grafting technology on carbon and nitrogen metabolism and the regulation mechanism of effectively reducing nitrate content in burley tobacco,burley tobacco variety Eyan 1 and flue-cured tobacco variety K 326 were used as materials in pot experiment.Three treatments,including(F/F)(flue-cured tobacco as rootstock,flue-cured tobacco as scion),(B/B)(burley tobacco as rootstock,burley tobacco as scion),and(B/F)(flue-cured tobacco as rootstock,burley tobacco as scion),were set to study the effects of grafting technology on the biomass,pigment content,photosynthesis,the activity of key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism and the content of carbon and nitrogen compounds in tobacco leaves.The results showed that,compared with the B/B treatment,the biomass and carbon and nitrogen metabolism ability of tobacco leaves under B/F treatment were significantly increased,and the accumulation of nitrate in tobacco leaves was decreased.The dry matter accumulation,total pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,GS enzyme activity and nitrogen accumulation of tobacco leaves were increased by 15.57%,15.45%,21.89%,14.58%and 13.24%,respectively.While the nitrate nitrogen content was decreased by 15.28%.
