多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱注射液治疗阿尔茨海默症的临床效果及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

Clinical effect of donepezil combined with citicoline injection in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and its influence on serum inflammatory factors levels of patients

目的探究多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱注射液治疗阿尔茨海默症(AD)的临床效果。方法依据单双号将110例AD患者分为对照组(n=55)和研究组(n=55)。对照组给予胞磷胆碱注射液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、IL-1β、CRP及TNF-α水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆力评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的日常生活能力优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱注射液治疗AD效果显著,能够调节患者血清炎性因子水平,改善认知功能及日常生活能力,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of donepezil combined with citicoline injection in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods According to odd and even numbers,110 AD patients were divided into control group(n=55)and study group(n=55).The control group was treated with cyticoline injection,and the study group was treated with donepezil on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,CRP and TNF-α in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of memory,attention and computation and recall in both groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of activity of daily living in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with citicoline injection is effective in the treatment of AD,which can regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve cognitive function and ability of daily living,with high safety.
