多层螺旋CT在成人先天性心脏病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of adult congenital heart disease

目的探究多层螺旋CT在成人先天性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2020年7月收治的120例成人先天性心脏病,应用多层螺旋CT对所有患者进行诊断,根据手术结果分析成人先天性心脏病的检出情况。结果所有患者经手术检出心内畸形136处,心外畸形203处,检出率为100.00%。多层螺旋CT检出心内畸形133处,检出率为97.79%,误诊1处,误诊率为0.74%,漏诊2处,漏诊率为1.47%;多层螺旋CT检出心外畸形200处,检出率为98.52%,误诊1处,误诊率为0.49%,漏诊2处,漏诊率为0.99%。多层螺旋CT与手术对心内畸形、心外畸形的检出率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对成人先天性心脏病的诊断可以达到与手术诊断基本一致的效果,能较准确地发现患者心脏内外畸形情况,在临床对成人先天性心脏病的诊治中具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of adult congenital heart disease.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of adult congenital heart disease admitted from August 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT,and the detection of adult congenital heart disease was analyzed according to the operation results.Results There were 136 intracardiac malformations and 203 extracardiac malformations among all patients detected by surgery,and the detection rate was 100.00%.A total of 133 intracardiac malformations were detected by multi-slice spiral CT,and the detection rate was 97.79%;there were one misdiagnosis(0.74%)and two missed diagnoses(1.47%).A total of 200 intracardiac malformations were detected by multi-slice spiral CT,and the detection rate was 98.52%;there were one misdiagnosis(0.49%)and two missed diagnoses(0.99%).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of intracardiac and extracardiac malformations between multi-slice spiral CT and surgical diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of adult congenital heart disease by multi-slice spiral CT can basically achieve the same effect as the surgical diagnosis.It can accurately find the internal and external malformations of patients's heart.It is of great significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adult congenital heart disease.
