摘要
目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减治疗痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛的效果及对氧化应激指标、ET-1、NO、cTnI、vWF水平的影响。方法选取84例痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组MDA、ET-1、cTnI、vWF水平低于对照组,GSH-Px、SOD、NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减治疗痰浊闭阻型冠心病心绞痛效果满意,可改善氧化应激指标,调整ET-1、NO、cTnI、vWF水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Ditan decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm-turbid obstruction type and its influences on oxidative stress indexes,ET-1,NO,cTnI,vWF levels.Methods A total of 84 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm-turbid obstruction type were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Ditan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA,ET-1,cTnI,and vWF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of GSH-Px,SOD and NO were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Ditan decoction has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm-turbid obstruction type,it can improve oxidative stress indexes and adjust the levels of ET-1,NO,cTnI,and vWF,which is worthy of popularization.
