精细化康复护理模式在老年股骨颈骨折内固定术后的应用效果

Application effect of fine rehabilitation nursing model in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation

目的分析精细化康复护理模式在老年股骨颈骨折内固定术后的应用效果。方法选取于本院行内固定术治疗的80例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(40例,常规护理)与B组(40例,精细化康复护理模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果B组的并发症总发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。B组的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、术后开始下地时间均明显短于A组(P<0.05)。护理后,B组的Harris评分高于A组,VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。B组的护理满意度明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论精细化康复护理模式应用于老年股骨颈骨折内固定术后,可减少并发症,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,使其能够尽早康复出院,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of fine rehabilitation nursing model in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent internal fixation in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into group A(40 cases,routine nursing)and group B(40 cases,fine rehabilitation nursing model).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,hospitalization time and time of starting ambulation after operation in the group B were significantly shorter than those in the group A(P<0.05).After nursing,the Harris score in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the VAS score was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine rehabilitation nursing model applied in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation can reduce complications,promote the recovery of hip joint function and enable them to recover and leave the hospital as soon as possible,and improve nursing satisfation.
