导乐仪分娩镇痛结合自由体位助产法干预对初产妇分娩自控感及自我效能感的影响

Effects of Daole labor analgesia equipment combined with free position midwifery intervention on delivery self-control and self-efficacy of primipara

目的探讨导乐仪分娩镇痛结合自由体位助产法干预对初产妇分娩自控感及自我效能感的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的100例初产妇,以抽签法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规助产方式干预,观察组采用导乐仪分娩镇痛结合自由体位助产法干预。比较两组干预效果。结果干预前,两组的LAS、GSES评分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的LAS、GSES评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的剖宫产、会阴侧切、产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐仪分娩镇痛结合自由体位助产法干预有助于提高初产妇的分娩自控感及自我效能感,缩短产程时间,改善妊娠结局,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Daole labor analgesia equipment combined with free position midwifery intervention on delivery self-control and self-efficacy of primipara.Methods One hundred primiparas treated from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery intervention,and the observation group was given Daole labor analgesia equipment combined with free position midwifery intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of LAS and GSES between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of LAS and GSES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,lateral perineal resection,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Daole labor analgesia equipment combined with free position midwifery intervention is helpful to improve the delivery self-control and self-efficacy of primipara,shorten labor time and ameliorate pregnancy outcome.It is worth popularizing.
