摘要
为解决在某些核事件、核事故、极端气候或灾害条件下,常规固定式KRS系统的监测设备和通信系统瘫痪、失效等问题,设计了一种适用于核电厂周边应急监测、可远程无线通信组网的移动KRS节点的设置方案。该方案适用于移动KRS监测的辐射探测器与气象探测器,设计有三种不同的远程通信方式。该系统可快速布置并迅速启用,以便重新搭建辐射测量系统,为应急指挥提供实时的监测数据支撑。
To solve the problems of the monitoring equipment and communication system of conventional fixed KRS systems being paralyzed and disabled under certain nuclear events,nuclear accidents,extreme weather or disaster conditions,a design scheme of mobile KRS unit is introduced here.This mobile KRS unit is suitable for emergency monitoring around nuclear power plants with remote wireless communication networking.Suitable radiation detectors and weather detectors are selected,and three different remote communication methods are designed for mobile KRS monitoring,too.The system can be quickly deployed and activated to rebuild the radiation measurement system,and provide real-time monitoring data support for emergency command.
