摘要
在分析传统CPR1000和ACPR1000/ACPR1000+项目首出故障识别方法的基础上,提出了一种优化改进的核电厂首出故障识别方法,该方法对每类安全动作的故障信号进行闭锁逻辑运算,故障信号通过RS触发器进行保持和互锁,在安全级DCS平台运箅闭锁逻辑,并识别出首出故障信号。测试及应用结果表明:所提方法降低了首出故障识别硬件成本.提高了核电厂首出故障识别的时间精度。
Based on the analysis of normal CPR1000 and ACPR1000/ACPR1000+project?s first-out fault identification method,an improved method of first-out fault identification is proposed.Fault signal of each kind of safety action is operated by lockout logic,maintained and interlocked by RS trigger.The lockout logic is executed on the safety DCS platform to identify the first-out fault signal.The test and application results show that the proposed method reduces the cost of hardware for first-out fault identification and improves the time accuracy of first-out fault identification.
