摘要
为解决恶劣环境下传统钢筋混凝土构件易锈蚀的问题,提出采用S304不锈钢筋替代普通碳素钢筋,提高混凝土构件耐久性.分别对2根HRB400钢筋混凝土梁试件和2根S304不锈钢筋混凝土梁试件进行正截面抗弯试验,探讨其开裂荷载、极限荷载和挠度变形的计算方法.研究表明,S304不锈钢筋屈服强度、抗拉强度低于HRB400钢筋,断后伸长率高于普通钢筋;与传统钢筋混凝土梁相比,S304不锈钢筋混凝土梁具有更高的变形能力,但两者开裂荷载和极限荷载较为接近.采用现行混凝土规范方法确定S304不锈钢筋混凝土梁的极限荷载及挠度变形时偏保守,而开裂荷载则吻合较好.
In order to solve the problem of steel corrosion in reinforced concrete structures,S304 stainless steel bar was proposed to replace ordinary carbon steel bar to improve the durability of concrete members.Inorderto Improve the durability of concrete components,S304 stainless steel is used bar to replace the traditional carbon steel bar.Two HRB400 reinforced concrete beams and two S304 stainless steel reinforced concrete beams were tested for normal section bending,and the calculation methods of cracking load,ultimate load and deflection deformation were discussed.The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength of S304 stainless steel bar are lower than those of HRB400 steel bar,and the elongation after fracture is higher than that of ordinary steel bar.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete beams,S304 stainless steel reinforced concrete beams have higher deformation capacity,but the cracking load and ultimate load are close.It is conservative to determine the ultimate load and deflection deformation of S304 stainless steel reinforced concrete beams by using the current concrete specification method,while the cracking load is in good agreement.
