摘要
本文针对解决传统换热站建设周期较长、占地面积大、难以实现与新增热负荷匹配等问题,将城市供热换热站按一定供热面积(50000 m2)组合成一个模块,将换热站中换热器、水泵、阀门、仪表等装置进行整合,安装在一个带保护壳的底座内,同时按运行参数要求配置自控系统.模块式供热站可根据实际供热面积选择单个或者多个并联组合式使用,现场组装后可立即运行使用.
This paper aims to solve the problems of long construction period of traditional heat exchange stations,large area,and difficulty in matching with the newly added heat load.The city heat exchange stations are combined into one module according to a certain heating area(50000 m).The heat exchanger,water pump,valve,instrument and other devices in the heat exchange station are integrated and installed in a base with a protective shell.At the same time,the automatic control system is configured according to the requirements of the operating parameters.Modular heating stations can be used in single or multiple parallel combinations according to the actual heating area,and can be used immediately after on-site assembly.
