不饱和聚酯树脂促进剂乙酰丙酮的合成研究

摘要 乙酰丙酮(AA)作为一种中间体在医药化工领域中有着广泛的应用。我国主要用于磺胺二甲嘧啶,在欧美兽药和饲料添加剂行业中。在日本主要用于开发催化剂和助催化剂领域。以乙酰丙酮为试剂,测定水、白酒、空气等体系中甲醛的含量。乙酰丙酮是二齿配体螯合剂,可用作对绝大多数金属离子的分析试剂,稀有贵金属的萃取剂在工业生产和环境化学方面有重要意义。本文采用采用乙酰乙酸乙酯—醋酐法合成乙酰丙酮,用于不饱和聚酯树脂促进剂。以乙酰乙酸乙酯:醋酸酐(1:1.05~1.10)比例反应,加入相当于醋酸酐质量0.5%的氧化镁作为催化剂,控制反应温度130℃~140℃,反应15 h,抽滤,将滤液蒸馏,收集132℃~138℃馏分,收率达70%。希望通过对此工艺的研究,改变乙酰丙酮的生产途径,达到良好的经济效益与社会效益。 Acetylacetone(AA),as an intermediate,is widely used in the field of medicine and chemical industry.In China,it is mainly used for producing sulfamethazine in veterinary medicine and feed additive industries in Europe and America.In Japan,it is mainly used to develop catalysts and cocatalysts.Acetaldehyde was used as reagent to determine formaldehyde in water,spirit and air.Acetylacetone is a bidentate ligand chelator.It can be used as an analytical reagent for most metal ions and an extractant for rare and precious metals.It is of great significance in industrial production and environmental chemistry.In this paper,acetylacetone is synthesized by ethyl acetoacetate acetic anhydride method and used as accelerator of unsaturated polyester resin.The reaction is carried out in the ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to acetic anhydride(1:1.05~1.10),magnesium oxide equivalent to 0.5%of the mass of acetic anhydride is added as the catalyst,the reaction temperature is controlled at 130℃~140℃,the reaction is carried out for 15 hours,the filtrate is filtered then distilled,and the fraction at 132℃~138℃is collected,and the yield is 70%.It is hoped that through the research on this process,the production way of acetylacetone will be changed to achieve good economic and social benefits.
