新型移动灯具的灯头外壳注塑模结构设计

摘要 通过对灯头外壳形体要素的分析,找出了其形体上存在的凸台、凹槽障碍体、型槽、大批量和外观要素。对于型槽要素,采用了定模整体型芯的结构;对于大批量,注塑模采用了对称的一模四腔模具结构形式,对于1处凸台和4处凹槽障碍体,采用了5套斜推杆内抽芯兼脱模机构,故整副注塑模共采用了20套斜推杆内抽芯兼脱模机构;由于成型4处灯头外壳完全避免了使用顶杆脱模,而斜推杆内抽芯兼脱模机构又设置在灯头外壳内形中,故灯头外壳外表面不会存在模具结构痕迹。这些措施的采用,实现了灯头外壳质量完全符合图纸要求,并且确保了其外观要求。 Through the analysis of the body elements of the lamp cap shell,the bumps,groove obstacles,grooves,large quantities and appearance elements on the body are found.For groove elements,the structure of fixed mold integral core is used;for large quantities,the structure of symmetrical one-mold fourcavity is used for injection molding;for one bump and four groove obstacles,five sets of inner core-pulling and demolding mechanisms with oblique pusher are used,so 20 sets of inner core-pulling and demolding mechanisms with oblique pusher are used for the whole pair of injection molding;There will be no trace of mould structure on the outside surface of the lamp cap shell,because the top pole demolding is completely avoided in the four molding positions,and the core pulling and demolding mechanism of the oblique pusher is set in the inner shape of the lamp cap shell.With these measures,the quality of the lamp cap shell fully meets the drawing requirements and ensures its appearance requirements.
