变位蜗杆和变位蜗轮的克隆设计与计算

摘要 由于齿轮传动副的中大、小斜齿轮都采用了变位斜齿轮,它们啮合后的中心距就不可能是标准齿轮的中心距。这样便造成了蜗杆与蜗轮的啮合的中心距也是非标准的中心距,因此蜗杆与蜗轮副的传动也必须采用变位蜗杆和变位蜗轮,否则无法与变位后的齿轮中心距相匹配。同时,蜗杆与蜗轮副中的蜗杆和蜗轮,为了避免蜗轮的根切,提高蜗杆的承载能力、凑配中心距或改善啮合性能及改变降速比等原因,也是应该采用变位蜗杆和变位蜗轮。变位蜗杆和变位蜗轮是采用径向变位呢?还是采用高度变位呢?这应该根据变位方法种类选择表去进行判断。在确定了变位种类之后,便可以计算出其变位系数,之后的蜗杆与蜗轮的其它参数也就能很好地计算出来了。 Because the large and small helical gears in the gear transmission pair adopt modified helical gears,the center distance after their meshing can not be the center distance of the standard gear.In this way,the meshing center distance between the worm and the worm gear is also a non-standard center distance.Therefore,the transmission of the worm and the worm gear pair must also adopt the modified worm and the modified worm gear,otherwise it cannot match the modified gear center distance.At the same time,for the worm and worm gear in the pair,in order to avoid undercutting of the worm gear,improve the bearing capacity of the worm,fit the center distance,improve the meshing performance and change the speed reduction ratio,the modified worm and modified worm gear should also be used.Whether the modification worm and modification worm gear adopt radial modification or height modification should be judged according to the type selection table of modification method.After determining the displacement type,the displacement coefficient can be calculated,and other parameters of the worm and worm gear can be well calculated.
