基于ISSR标记的丁香属植物亲缘关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究利用ISSR分子标记技术对40份丁香属种质资源进行亲缘关系分析。通过13条ISSR引物对40份丁香材料扩增共得到264条谱带,其中多态性谱带264条,多态率为100%。供试材料间的遗传相似系数在0.6553~0.9508之间。通过非加权组平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析,在遗传相似性系数为0.7420时,可将40份丁香属材料划分为4大类,有效的区分不同品种及变种之间亲缘关系。利用核心引物UBC836构建的DNA指纹图谱可单独鉴别出40份丁香属材料。该研究为丁香种质资源鉴定、杂交育种亲本选择等提供了帮助。 The genetic relationships of 40 Syringa germplasm resources were analyzed by ISSR molecular markers.A total of 264 bands were obtained from 40 Syringa materials by using 13 ISSR primers,among which polymorphic bands were 264 and the polymorphism rate was 100%.The genetic similarity coefficients between the tested materials ranged from 0.6553 to 0.9508.The unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means(UPGMA)was used to perform cluster analysis,the 40 Syringa materials could be divided into four groups when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.7420,which could effectively distinguish the genetic relationships among different cultivars and varieties.The 40 Syringa materials were separately identified by DNA fingerprints constructed with the core primer UBC836.The study provided help for the identification of germplasm resources and the parental selection in cross breeding of Syringa.
