氢氧化钙粉末与洗必泰联用在年轻恒牙因外伤致牙髓坏死后行牙髓血运重建治疗中的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究洗必泰与氢氧化钙粉末联用在年轻恒牙因外伤所致牙髓坏死后行牙髓血运重建的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的行牙髓血运重建治疗的外伤致年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者82例作为研究对象,以随机数字单双号分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组采取三联糊剂治疗,研究组联合洗必泰和氢氧化钙粉末治疗。比较两组血运重建治疗率、疼痛评分、牙齿松动度、牙龈肿胀症状及细菌阳性率。结果治疗后,研究组血运重建治疗率为97.56%,略高于对照组的95.12%,但差异无统计学意义;研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组牙齿松动度、牙龈肿胀症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组细菌阳性率为2.44%,明显低于对照组的14.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行牙髓血运重建治疗的外伤致年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者予以洗必泰和氢氧化钙粉末联合治疗,能明显降低细菌培养阳性率,促进牙髓血运重建术的顺利开展,降低患者不适感,且还有助于患者牙根生长发育,减少不良反应发生,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To explore the effect of combined use of chlorhexidine and calcium hydroxide powder on pulp revascularization in young permanent teeth after pulp necrosis caused by trauma.Methods 82 young permanent dental pulp necrosis patients who were treated with pulp revas-cularization treatment from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group ac-cording to random numbers in odd and even numbers,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple paste,and the study group was treated with chlorhexidine and calcium hydroxide powder.The treatment rate of revascularization,pain score,tooth looseness,gingival swelling symptoms and positive rate of bacteria were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment rate of revasculariza-tion in the study group was 97.56%,slightly higher than 95.12%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significan;the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of tooth looseness and gingival swelling symptoms in the control group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of bacteria in the study group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 14.63%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of chlorhexidine and calcium hydroxide powder in young patients with pulp necrosis of permanent teeth caused by traumatic pulp revascularization treatment can significantly reduce the positive rate of bacterial culture,promote the smooth development of pulp revascularization,and reduce patient discomfort.It can help the growth and development of patients tooth roots and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
